Home Inspections are available for single and multifamily homes, manufactured homes, modular homes, condos, and seasonal dwellings.  Barns, Garages and other outbuildings may be included for an small additional cost.  Comprehensive Home Inspection will also inspect commercial properties.

Comprehensive Home Inspection's services and laboratory testing are available for wood destroying insect and water sampling reports as required for some NH Rural Housing, HUD, FHA and VA loans. radon water and radon air tests are also available

We provide onsite computerized reports at the conclusion of the home inspection or can e-mail the report the following morning in a PDF file, giving you a totally unbiased analysis, so you can ask any questions and determine a course of action you would like to take almost immediately.
